Made from alpaca wool, these Yellow Earth socks are made to feel plush and warm on your foot. Alpaca wool contains mini air pockets in its fibres which help act as a natural heat insulator. These socks have no tight elastic top for added comfort and circulation.
Made locally in Melbourne and by an Australian owned company, these socks come in a variety of different colours, perfect to be given as gifts!
Note: Alpaca is a luxury wool fibre and these socks are not recommended for high abrasion use such as work boots. Please note, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on our sock items.

Very warm, soft and toasty. I actually found the thinner wool/alpaca blend a tiny bit softer then straight up alpaca (which is thicker). I also just wore the thin wool/alpaca blend to a wedding in the northern hemisphere's SUMMER for 2 days (they were the only thin socks I packed) and it worked out really well. So it keeps your feet dry and comfy in cold AND hot temperatures. Also outstanding for sleep socks. As long as you avoid high intensity abrasion activities and follow washing instructions, these socks will last you a long time. I have had them for almost 5 months now and they are still like new. Plus they are Aussie made.
Per title, they're unwearably itchy until I soaked them overnight in vinegar. After that they're great.

Hi, have been planning to review socks and moccasins and send photos of my housemate’s and my feet in both, but just as we were about to do a photo, she tripped and twisted her hip and has been bedridden since (4 days so far).
