Communication issues

I called before ordering. Was advised that the colour I wanted wasn’t available. Was told there was another colour available that wasn’t listed on the website. I was told to order and then follow up via email to advise I wanted the other colour.

I followed up three more times and the wrong colour arrived. After arrival I followed up again on how to rectify and have not yet received a response.
