Most sheep are plain white, black, or brown, so a natural gradient like this — soft creams shifting into warm caramel and chocolate tips — is genuinely hard to come by. Every rug is hand-selected by our team from the fleeces that show this natural colour blend, then tanned in small batches to preserve the colour and softness of the wool.

Because no two sheep grow exactly the same fleece, no two rugs in this range are exactly alike. Each one carries its own unique pattern of tones, giving you a piece that's completely one of a kind — something you simply can't get with a dyed, uniform colour.

A Note on Sizing

The size of this rug is approximately 100–105cm length x 65cm width. We're conservative with our measurements, and the actual rug you receive may be slightly larger — we measure from the pelt (leather) side only, not including the wool fibres that extend outward, which typically adds at least a further 10cm to every dimension.
