The Marong Tall is a stylish boot that is also perfect for the great outdoors. Featuring an attractive, side lace-up button look, these tall boots measure at 30cm in height (excl sole) and are made using only A-grade, double-faced Australian Merino sheepskin.

I am a long-time UGG boot wearer and well aware that you typically need to size down. Though I am a standard size 38, I ordered a women's size 5.5. They arrived quickly and looked lovely, but the sizing was incredibly off—they were so massive they flopped right off my heels when I walked.
Because the package included a returns barcode, I filled out the paperwork, packaged them up, and posted them back the exact same day I received them. I also emailed customer service that afternoon, stating I was happy with either a smaller size or a refund—leaving the choice entirely up to them.
Two days later (and 24 hours after the boots were already in the mail), I received a response stating they do not offer refunds or exchanges on this item.
Because the return instructions were provided right in the box, the boots had already been sent. As a result, Yellow Earth Australia now has my money AND the returned boots.
I have tracking information and time stamps proving everything, but they have completely ignored my follow-up email. Keeping both a customer's payment and the returned merchandise is completely unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
