(Would recommend buying a size up from your regular size if, like me, you often need too with other boots. I bought the size I would usually buy in a shoe or boot but my big toe was really pushing out of the toe of my UGG's. So I exchanged for one size up, easily without a problem, and they fit well now.)

I purchased a new pair of boots after having had a pair of "Yellow Earth" boots for a number of years. What arrived were "Super UGG" boots, not Yellow Earth. It was evident from the start that these were of lesser quality. The nap on the inside was short, similar to a Big W boot. The ankle part of the boot is less rigid than the older boot. I queried the differences and was told that because the product is made from natural materials there would be variation. But to my eyes these new boots are no where the same quality as the older boots. May I suggest that a new supplier maybe involved.
