Boots arrived quickly and in great condition, thank you.
Unfortunately I choose the size using the sizing table on line, (wanted UK size 1) which meant I ordered a size too small. I immediately contacted them explaining what happened and if I could exchange for the correct size. After a week and no answer, but the size table had been removed, I phoned them to be told I needed to go through the website and someone will be in touch.
The girls who I bought the uggs for arrive in Australia in a week's time, I'm running out of time to get the appropriate size for them.
An acknowledgement from the company would be nice even just a thanks for bringing it to our attention we'll correct it to prevent other customers making the same mistake.
Unable to comment as despite ordering over 4 weeks ago I have still not received item

I got my daughter boots her shoe size 21.5 and ordered 23 one
She is skinny but she was not able to wear. Order 2 colors and one of boots were arrived in squished condition
But I will need to pay for postage to return them. Never order from them again

Ordered these boots x2 for my twin girls… I ordered up 2 sizes because I'm a devout Ugg wearer and I know how they come more snug when the sheeps wool is new and then loosen as the wear. My girls love them! They’re really good quality and perfect for cold winter nights and days. Thank you so much for making them affordable too!

Very nice thick and soft sheepskin that is beautiful to touch and very warm.
The sole is very thick and stiff, and doesn't flex at all with a child walking in them.

A little hard to get on but otherwise great!
These shoes were studier than I expected - the sheepskin and fleece is thick and firm. I bought them for my son, and they were a perfect fit. I suggest buying a size larger than your child's foot because they can grow into them, and the new fleece lining actually provides support so they are not too loose. The delivery was extraordinarily fast - I got them about 2 days after ordering.
We bought 3 pairs of shoes. We all love them! Just a note the cut on the Byron kids boot is a little more snug than the Mandurah 2.0- We had to exchange a pair due to this. Excellent, no-fuss customer service. Will be buying from Yellow Earth again
This is our child's second set of Yellow Earth uggs. They are great quality and we only updated because his foot grew too big for the old ones. Postage was also very quick with tracking details provided. Sizing was as exactly as expected, although you should probably aim to buy one size too big if buying for a kid to help them fit your kid longer. Happy to recommend Yellow Earth and their excellent products.
