Crossover straps on slippers very loose

I have purchased two pairs of scuffs from you so I know my correct size. Whilst these slippers were the correct length, the straps were so loose I could not hold them on my feet while walking. I did not return them because it costs over $20 in postage by Australia Post to do so. I was very disappointed because I have purchased several sheep skins as well as scuffs for my grandsons and as mentioned, for myself, and have been very happy with the quality and service.
