Love these boots! Had a pair previously and they are simply the best! So comfy and super warm with a great sole. The customer service I received from the outlet store was exceptional.

These are the best value Ugg boots. Other leading brands do not last as long as Yellow Earth. This is my 2nd pair. Comfort and warmth last the distance.

Beautiful Uggs with quality stitching & a comfortable design. Easy to get on & off with the button loop, & so warm & snuggly to wear. The sole is the perfect thickness & the mushroom colour pretty much goes with anything you wear. The only let down for me is they scrunch at the back & fold down near the loop...not a flaw design but not a suitable buy for someone with bigger calf muscles, which I thought they would be because of the loop.

This product is excellent, I've had my boots a few weeks and I love them, would definitely buy them again. They are so soft and cosy, they are keeping me warm and making me happy! The service was also wonderful.

I chose these boots because they had a more feminine quality and I really like the design. Then there’s the famous ‘stepping into a cloud’ feeling when you put them on. I encourage anyone to support this business. You won’t be disappointed.

Purchased these boots for my mother-in-law’s 80th b’day. She lives in Germany so will be great for the colder months. The sole of the boot has the right amount of grip, shock-absorption and comfort. They will be an indoor boot but there is probably no reason she couldn’t wear them outside too if treated with a water repellant. The inside is very lush with thick, good quality sheep fleece. We purchased this model as it would be easier for her to get into the boot with the button down the side to open the boot up a bit more. The natural tan colour is lovely and the wood button detail with the logo makes them a special treat from Australia. The delivery time was great and the item arrived intact. I will definitely look at Yellow Earth again given the boots are made in Melbourne from Australian stock & the fact the finish on these boots appears meticulously finished with separate pieces of sheep skin fabric covering the stitched sections of the boot so there is no visible stitching. Some may like the exposed stitching on sheep skin boots, but for our more refined recipient the Hope boot was definitely the best choice. Sorry I can’t take a photo as they are already gift wrapped & on their way to Deutschland right at this moment. I will try to send and update (& maybe a pic or 2) once received by the birthday gal. Boots arrived in short time and are a good fit and very comfortable and warm. So happy with the button do up as I have osteoarthritis and find usual ugg boots too difficult to get my feet into. Boots are very well made and I would recommend to anyone looking for a warm comfortable boot.
