I agree with all the previous reviews - comfortable, good fit, quick delivery etc, however I had a small problem that I have solved! As an older person, with some health issues, I sometimes do not lift my feet when walking, and am liable to catch my toe and fall. The sole at the toe of the boots protrudes at a slight angle, and this caught on the carpet a couple of times. I'm afraid I fixed it by grinding off the edge of the sole, so this no longer happens. This is why I have given a 4/5 grading.
Super happy with the product, price and very fast delivery.
The Uggs were beautiful, comfortable and warm.
However, one problem arose. The opening and the lack of flexibilty there, did not make for easy "putting on" large (size 11) immobile feet.

Bought in Australian, an Australian claimed seller, so I ordered in Australian sizing, but no, they sell in American sizing, so I got a pair of Ugg boots a size too small for me & completely useless for me.

The staff at the Yellow Earth outlet in Vermont are friendly and easy to deal with. On one of the sheep skin boots that was newly purchased the stitching pull apart and tore. We took the boots back to the outlet and they replaced them immediately, no questions asked. A great product, super comfortable and really warm!
At first I thought they were too small. Place your front foot well in and use loop to pull on. Perfect (W7) Really good quality
