Wrong slippers were sent, was informed to correct this, a pre paid slip would be emailed for me to print out then post the slippers back ( super annoying as I didn’t have time) and then wait until they received before another pair was shipped, they were a gift needed for a date that would now be missed. I feel a new pair should have been express posted out and at that time the other wrong pair collected. This is obviously a larger expense, but I dont think your mistake should become my problem. Unhappy and ended up keeping the pair that I was unhappy with, still unhappy with them but can’t be bothered spending the time shipping back!

We work with Australia Post and Couriers Please, and unfortunately they do not have the ability to pick up parcels from customer's addresses which is why we could only provide a prepaid label to drop off at your local post office.
