Great boots for kids

These boots are really soft, and great value. The only tiny thing is that the dye runs if they get wet - ours are black so they make quite a mark! But if you're careful with them, all good.

Got these for my sons, they love them, a great Ugg for a great price.

Poor returns policy

I recently purchased 2 x of the Mandurah Ugg boot for my children, one pair did not fit so needed to be refunded. The returns policy recommend they be posted back with a registered post bag, at my expense. This was a cost of $13 which will never be refunded.
For a company who praise themselves on customer service you should have a free returns policy and provide free postage for the items.
Otherwise slippers are good quality

Thanks for your review regarding the postage. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage costs which is mentioned in our Returns and Exchanges policy. We simply do not have the mark-up in our products to afford both free shipping and returns. We keep our product pricing reasonable instead of having them inflated with shipping costs built in.

We do cover cost of shipping back out to customers for exchanges though, and if you're local to us, we welcome returns/exchanges in person as well.

We do appreciate the nice feedback on the quality of our products, so thank you for that as well :)

Great UGG boots

These boots have been purchased as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Great colour purple and very reasonably priced, I am sure she will be thrilled to receive them. And thank you for the nice touch a little packet of gummy bears, adorable.

Bought a pair for my 11 year old son and he absolutely loves wearing them. He likes that they are very comfortable and keep his feet nice and warm. Will definitely look at buying a pair. Easy ordering and prompt delivery too.
