I take a size 10 but ordered size 11 which were too small .. more like a size 9 .. customer service told me was due to a different model .. which I don't understand .. size 11 should be size 11 in any model. I was offered to return them for a more expensive model but with the cost of registered return and possibly receive another incorrectly sized incurring more postage .. I just gave them to the op. shop.
The reason for a low rating is because of the expense with nothing to show for it.

Yellow Earth is my go to store for slippers. Everyone in my family has at least one pair now. The quality is terrific, they arrive quickly after ordering, and there is enough variety of styles to satisfy everyone. Looking forward to buying more for years o come!

Great slippers! Comfy and well-made. Easy ordering process and fast delivery.
Only annoyance is that the fur on the inside of the sole and the fur on the inside of the slipper covering is different - two different colours and it’s a weird look.
