Incorrect sizing and expensive return

The shoe is too tight around the toes and fall of when I walk. It’s expensive to return so I’m at a loss. Cannot wear them or afford a return and a new pair. Very frustrating.

Total comfort

These Princess UUG slippers were received with a beaming smile when my daughter opened the box. The smile only widened when she popped them on her feet after a shower. She says they are so warm and comfortable that she may never take them off again!
