Our online store is still open and operating normally. We do not have any delays to dispatching of online orders. All orders are being dispatched out within 1 business day. However, all Australian shipping carriers are experiencing transit delays to selected destinations due to the current outbreak situation.
As the COVID-19 outbreak unfolds here in Australia, we understand this is a difficult and uncertain time for our valued customers. This is why we have set up this page to communicate to you on what has changed, what hasn't, and how we are prioritising your health and safety.
We are monitoring the advice from government and health agencies and have implemented precautionary measures in our stores, offices and distribution centres to protect the safety of everyone involved.
Same Day Delivery/Pickup: We are now offer a local delivery option for Metro Melbourne addresses, same business day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm. The cost of this service is $25. Please select the Local Delivery option at checkout, if your address is in the covered delivery area. For those living within 5km of our Vermont Warehouse, we also offer same day click and collect.

Our Online Store
Our online store remains open for business and all of our backend operations remain unaffected, including handling, returns and exchanges.
Both domestic and international shipping is currently experiencing delays (more information from Australia Post). We have currently suspended international orders due to the delay.
