This Medical sheepskin underlay will provide well-needed comfort to your loved one. Tanned using advanced processes, this item is fully machine washable at up to 85 degrees Celsius and is Urine Resistant.
Our team carefully select through the most dense and plush Australian sheepskin suitable for Medical use. We look for dense and strong wool fibres, which look like springs. Because of these special and unique properties, our Medical sheepskin provide the ultimate level of pressure relief and support, thereby naturally reducing the chance of Pressure Ulcers.
Our Yellow Earth Medical Sheepskin products are also naturally excellent at breathing and wicking away moisture, and can absorb up to 30% of its own weight in water, helping the user to feel dryer for longer periods of time.
Our Medical Sheepskin products are proudly used in a number of Australian hospitals and Aged Care nursing homes. Our Medical sheepskin rugs are also used by the Australian Antarctic Division.
